Joining our club is sharing a mindset. Fencing is the elegant and complete sport that we make accessible to all, children and grown-ups, beginners and competitors.
Founded in 2001, the Florimont Lancy Fencing Club is multiple:
- It is first a place and a fellowship to practice sport, relax with friends
- Florimont fencing school, the second largest in Switzerland, is a place to reach the high level
- The full-time fencing masters have built up a promising competition team
- Our eight tracks modern fencing room opens every weekday
Fencing offers each one of us the option to learn more about oneself, to open out and to affirm its personality. It is also a much vaster world which provides essential marks, where finding the right balance between rigor and kindness is necessary. A world where things are done step by step to embrace a well balanced life.
We are all equal in practice and our courses are organized to better respond to your desires, your needs, and to adapt both to your family and professional life.
Our school welcomes the three weapons – sabre, foil, épée – our main focus being on the latter. Switzerland has a long and successful track record in épée international competitions.
